Job Overview.

We’re looking for a Brand Supervisor who can help lead our clients and our brand team to greater heights. We are looking for a creatively-oriented supervisor for our team who is driven and detail oriented. This role might be known as “Account Supervisor” in other agencies, but the Brand team at Sukle does so much more. As accountable owners of our client’s business, we bridge the gap between creative and client to elevate the work. We go beyond facilitating to playing an active role in shaping and selling innovative creative ideas. We ask the right questions, bring solutions for every problem, and push the status quo.

This position manages the day-to-day workflow for several clients, while also providing support to 3 brand directors. They are the go-to person that clients and colleagues depend on. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail oriented, an outgoing and proactive problem solver. A master doer and executor with an otherworldly knack for getting sh#$t done no matter what. Specific responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive support for Sukle brand directors and the rest of our agency team.
  • Be the go-to for your clients by being trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and proactive
  • Work with Sukle team to develop and write clear, complete job starts for projects
  • Prepare for and conduct status calls, in-person meetings, and presentations that are effective and efficient
  • Support the brand team to develop and manage the client’s marketing plan
  • Work with project manager to build estimates and timelines that are accurate and well-informed
  • Monthly billing for your clients including creating invoices and updating the BSR (billing summary report)
  • Work with brand directors to keep accurate revenue forecasts for your clients
  • Collaborate with team members to clearly communicate client directives/feedback
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management abilities
  • Master the agency tech stack (e.g. Workamajig, Microsoft Apps, Google Apps, Figma and AI tools)
  • Stay current with and demonstrate knowledge of advertising best practices and trends for your clients
  • Assume responsibility for managing project schedules and client expectations

Education + Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-8 years’ agency experience

Benefits + Salary Range.

Compensation Range:

$85,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience.
