Sukle Advertising & Design is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This senior role is key to ensuring all agency projects — from a single social post to fully integrated campaigns — are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.


We're looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in a creative agency setting, who’s passionate about streamlining processes, driving efficiency, and keeping both people and projects moving forward. You’ll help shape our project management systems and workflows, so demonstrated mastery of tools like Workamajig and Monday.com is essential.


As the glue between strategy, creative, production, and account teams, you’ll manage projects through every phase — from planning to final delivery. You’ll gather timelines, objectives, and budgets, build detailed schedules, assign teams, and keep everything running smoothly. That means seeing the big picture without losing sight of the details.


This role requires juggling multiple moving parts and stakeholders at once, both internal and external. Creative problem solving is your superpower. You’ll proactively identify risks around budget, available resourcing, or timing — raise the flag early, offer solutions, or take the initiative and resolve them yourself.

Above all, your job is to ensure we deliver exceptional work, efficiently and effectively, while keeping teams aligned and clients deliriously happy.

The Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the agency status report
  • Lead all-agency status meetings
  • Create detailed workflow reporting for executive team
  • Manage all documentation/organization from job starts through archiving
  • Define project tasks, schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
  • Ensure team is clear on campaign/project objectives
  • Mitigate risks, identify and resolve issues when they arise 
  • Creative resourcing and Identification of any resource/freelance needs required
  • Manage daily workflow for the creative team, across multiple clients and projects
  • Shepherds projects through the agency kick off through production pass off
  • Ensures complete and accurate creative specs, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Track deliverables, monitor and report on project progress, ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Work closely with brand team to manage project budgets to our profitability targets
  • Routes work through agency at all necessary project milestones in preparation for client review
  • Traffic final creative assets as needed
  • Optimize / improve processes and our overall approach to workflow, as necessary

  • Highly organized with OCD-level attention to detail
  • Ability to manage various projects and elements simultaneously

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years’ experience in agency project management
  • Expertise in the Monday.com work management platform and its implementation
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Workamajig, Google Apps
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • PMP/PMI certification is a plus

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience.
