Denver to the Rescue

It’s time that we Denverites get out there and help out our friends down south. Colorado Springs, it’s residents and it’s economy have taken a hit from the Waldo Canyon fire. So go get a buy one get one free admission ticket to their attractions at your nearest Good Times Burgers and Frozen Custard, and go have a fun day in the Springs. And you’ll be helping the community while you do it.

The ticket is good at the following attractions: Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cave of the Winds, Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, The Airplane Restaurant, Arkansas River Tours, Cripple Creek Jail Museum, Ghost Town Museum, Noah’s Ark Whitewater Rafting & Adventure Company, May Natural History Museum, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Avanti Ballroom, and Western Museum of Mining & Industry.

‘Denver to the Rescue’, sponsored by Good Times Burgers and Frozen Custard, is a benefit to help revive the Colorado Springs economy and provide support for the Waldo Canyon fire victims. From August 1 -31, 100% of the funds collected in this donation box for ‘Denver to the Rescue’ will go directly to the Waldo Canyon Fire Victim Assistance Fund administered by Pikes Peak United Way.

Cheynne Mountain Zoo named top 10

We were excited to learn that TripAdvisor.com, the world’s largest travel community and website, has named the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo as one of the top 10 zoos in the country. Sukle is grateful to be able to work with world class clients like CMZ.

OBIEs

We’re happy to announce we were featured in the OBIEs again this year. Both our Wyoming Department of Health and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo campaigns were included, and we’re proud to have our work recognized alongside some of the best agencies’  in the US. The OBIE Awards recognize creative excellence in out of home advertising and is the oldest awards program in the advertising industry. For more than 120 years, the association has been dedicated to leading and uniting a responsible outdoor advertising industry that is committed to serving the needs of advertisers, consumers, and communities.

We’d just like to take a minute and thank the Wyoming Department of Health and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. They’re great clients and we love working with them to create award winning stuff. Over the years, we’ve been lucky enough to improve the health of Wyoming by featuring programs like smoking cessation, threw with chew and alcohol and drug related initiatives. We’ve also had a lot of fun spreading the word about the amazing and unique zoo experience the folks at CMZ are bringing to Colorado Springs. Thanks for the opportunity to work with you guys.

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

A little behind the scenes getting some cool shots for the summer campaign.

Abandoned zoos make for creepy photos

We love working with the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. They’ve got a real cool thing going on down there– a unique zoo experience that really gets you up-close and personal with the animals. But what happens when a zoo goes awry and ends up closing? Does it become a skatepark? Or how about a large area for midget parkour? Maybe a giant venue for naked paintball? No. They apparently lie dormant, collect graffiti and make for some creepy photos.

What does all this mean? Support your local zoo is what it means.
