People of earth. We come to you from 22,000 miles above your planet’s surface.
You’re probably reading this right now courtesy of a high speed cable or telephone line. But there are a lot of people in the country who don’t have access to either. Blame it on geography. They just don’t live in a place that has fast internet.
But Exede took geography out of the equation the day they launched the world’s highest capacity communications satellite. In orbit 22,000 miles above the earth, it’s in the perfect position to beam high speed internet to whoever wants it.
It’s high speed internet from space. With a non-speaking spokesperson, also from space. The commercial first ran minutes after the Super Bowl ended, and while not technically considered a “Super Bowl” commercial, it was mentioned as one of the favorite spots on viewer blogs.
And for the record, no cats were harmed in the making of this commercial.

Brian, the lovable but often misunderstood alien, became the spokesperson for their new service.

Stop the interruptions.
Nobody likes to be interrupted, especially in the middle of video chatting or buying something online. This campaign reminded people of that and drove them to the Exede site.
